It is becoming a tradition to ring in the new year with Pop-Up! Queer Dance Party.
And OH WOW do we need to say BOY BYE to 2016!
9PM Drag Show hosted by Noah Dictive!
(not in order of performance or prettiness)
10PM DJ Llu & DJ Rob Douglas
DJ Llu is a life-long queer Vermonter, based out of Burlington, VT who makes radio on WRUV-FM weekly and spins in local clubs and at area events frequently. When Llu is in the club, Llu puts together eclectic sets of pop, hip-hop, mashups, and dance tracks that ignite any dance floor.
DJ Rob Douglas has been spinning records and you around the Burlington dance floor for years. His house and pop beats are sure to get your ass shaking.
Our goal for Glitter & Duct Tape [Drag Show] is to provide a safe space for performers / audience members of any identity, in doing so we are a non-misogynistic, non-racist, non-sexist show whose focus is on the art of performance. We ask that all members of the cast, as well as audience members, respect this space by being aware of inclusive language, personal boundaries, and most of all mutual respect (in other terms: no T, no Shade, no Pink Lemonade squirrel friends).
18+ for this party! It is the ONLY QUEER New Year’s Eve party in Vermont. Don’t miss what has sold out in past years.
